General provisions
Upon getting acquainted with this Agreement the User of the "Tutor-AU" website agrees to comply
with all the rules laid down in it. The User obliges to comply with the terms and conditions of
this agreement by registering in the "Tutor-AU" system. The User bears full responsibility
for the illegal use of any data or materials downloaded or received in any other manner from the
"Tutor-AU" system as well as for any other activities carried out at the "Tutor-AU" website.
The User of the "Tutor-AU" website has the right to use the facilities of this website
to perform advertising activities. The "Tutor-AU" website, however, reserves the right to change the
conditions of providing this type of services and the terms of the website functioning.
If the User continues to use the "Tutor-AU" website after the terms and conditions have been changed,
it implies that the User agrees to all changes made.
To maintain the regular update of the information published at the "Tutor-AU" website,
the administration sends an email notification after one year from the user registration
where it is reminded to update the information/profile on the website. If the User fails
to update his/her profile on the "Tutor-AU" website within one month since the email notification was received,
the administration of the website reserves the right to delete his/her profile.
Contents of advertisements
On the "Tutor-AU" website it is only allowed to place advertisements of the educational character
(i.e. tutor/trainer services, advertisements about schools/courses, help in preparing theses/projects, etc.).
The "Tutor-AU" website reserves the right to edit published advertisements and delete them, if their contents
do not meet website's topic or requirements.
Responsibility
Neither the administration of the "Tutor-AU" website, nor the Users are allowed to demand reimbursement
of the lost gain incurred as a result of usage/non-usage of the "Tutor-AU" website.
Copyright
The copyright for all information materials, published at the "Tutor-AU" website belongs to the "Awelan" company.
In the event of copyright infringement the "Awelan" company has the right to demand reimbursement of the material and moral
damage in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
